Job Overview

Medsurg Sales Staffing is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Medical Sales Representative to join our team. As a Medical Sales Representative, you will be responsible for selling medical products that treat venous and lymphatic disorders to various healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Product Focus: Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our medical products and their applications in treating venous and lymphatic disorders.
  • Target Audience: Focus on building relationships with vascular surgeons, phlebologists, podiatrists, wound care providers, lymphedema therapists, and VA hospitals to generate patient referrals.
  • Referral Generation: Establish and maintain strong relationships with clinicians and facilities to generate patient referrals and drive sales growth.
  • Sales Process: Manage the entire sales process, including prospecting, conducting meetings, giving product demonstrations, leading in-services, closing deals, and following up with clients.
  • Patient Engagement: Conduct in-home product demonstrations directly for patients to educate them on the benefits of our medical products.
  • Geographic Flexibility: Be willing to live and work in various locations to meet the needs of our clients.
Compensation and Benefits
  • Year 1: Earn a competitive salary of around $120,000.
  • Year 2 and Beyond: Opportunities for promotion to Product Specialist, with total compensation increasing to $200,000+.
Requirements
  • Experience: At least 18 months of sales experience in a medical office setting, including roles in medical, pharmaceutical, diagnostic, durable medical equipment (DME), dental, or eye care.
  • Skills: Comfortable conducting product demonstrations directly with patients and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
