Job Title: HR Coordinator

Are you looking for a challenging role in HR? Do you have excellent organizational and interpersonal skills? We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented HR Coordinator to join our team at Randstad.

Responsibilities:

  • Process payroll using Kronos and Oracle Time & Attendance system.
  • Maintain accurate records and personnel files.
  • Assist supervisors with associate relations issues, including answering HR-related questions and interpretations.
  • Utilize bilingual skills to translate employee communications and interpret as needed.
  • Provide receptionist support and handle benefits and workers' compensation tasks.
  • Coordinate Leave of Absences, including Personal, Medical, and FMLA.
  • Act as liaison between associates and external support groups, assisting associates in securing necessary support.
  • Maintain employee files and I-9 records in compliance with federal laws.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • 2 years of experience in HR or a related field.
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
