Job Title: HR Coordinator - Junior

Location: Tucson, AZ

Duration: 4 Months

Pay Range: $20.00 to $20.00

Schedule: 8am to 5:30pm (Monday to Friday)


Responsibilities:

• Process payroll using Kronos and Oracle Time & Attendance system.

• Maintain accurate records and personnel files.

• Assist supervisors with associate relations issues; specifically answering HR related questions and interpretations.

• If multi-language speaker; apply bilingual skills to translate employee communications and interpret as needed.

• Receptionist who is cross trained to handle benefits and worker's compensation tasks to support our employees.

• Coordinate Leave of Absences; Personal, Medical, FMLA.

• Act as liaison between Associates and external support groups; assists Associates in securing the appropriate support.

• Maintain employee files and I-9 records in compliance with federal laws regarding recordkeeping requirements.

• Other duties may also be assigned.


Minimum Requirements:

• Computer proficient, including Microsoft Word and Excel.

• Intercommunication skills.

• Customer Service Driven.

• Validated organization, time-management, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to handle confidential data.

• Flexible and adaptable to change.

• Reliable and diligent with a history of work presence.

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

• Reliable and diligent with a history of work presence.
