Human Resources Assistant Director

This role requires a strong foundation in HR generalist functions, with expertise in employee relations, recruitment, retention, benefits administration, workforce planning, and staffing strategies. You will assist in planning and leading on-site colleague events to enhance engagement and teamwork, while ensuring smooth HR operations and compliance with policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Employee Relations: Address and resolve employee concerns in a timely and effective manner, providing guidance on conflict resolution, performance management, and disciplinary actions.
- People Strategy: Assist in developing and executing people strategies that align with our goals and business objectives, supporting workforce planning efforts and collaborating with department leaders to enhance employee engagement and organizational development initiatives.
- HR Office Operations: Manage day-to-day operations of the HR office, including office coverage, maintaining accurate employee records, handling employment documentation, and ensuring compliance with labor laws.
- Payroll & Benefits: Assist with payroll processing and ensure accurate and timely payments, serving as the expert liaison for employee inquiries regarding our benefits programs.
- Colleague Engagement & Events: Plan, coordinate committees, and execute employee engagement activities/events, recognition programs, and team-building activities to promote a positive and inclusive workplace.
