Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our Human Resources team as a Junior HR Coordinator. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for processing payroll, maintaining accurate records, and providing support to supervisors and associates.


Responsibilities:
  • Process payroll using Kronos and Oracle Time & Attendance systems.
  • Maintain accurate records and personnel files.
  • Assist supervisors with associate relations issues.
  • Provide bilingual support as needed.
  • Act as a receptionist and handle benefits and worker's compensation tasks.
  • Coordinate Leave of Absences.
  • Serve as a liaison between Associates and external support groups.
  • Maintain employee files and I-9 records in compliance with federal laws.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Strong organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential data.
  • Flexible and adaptable to change.
  • Reliable and diligent with a history of work presence.
