Administrative Assistant Opportunity

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Damschen Financial Planning. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and providing exceptional support to our financial planning team.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily office operations, including answering phones, responding to emails, and greeting clients
  • Assist with scheduling appointments, maintaining calendars, and coordinating meetings
  • Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations for client meetings and team discussions
  • Document office systems and processes
  • Maintain accurate client records and ensure data is updated in our management systems
  • Support the team with research and preparation of financial planning materials
  • Handle general office tasks, such as filing, scanning, and managing office supplies
  • Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance client service
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably in a financial or professional services environment
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM software
What We Offer:
  • $18/hr-$20/hr based on experience
