Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee client performance-driven initiatives - Manage extensive SEM programs.
  • Establish the strategic direction for all SEM initiatives.
  • Evaluate outcomes and provide optimization insights.
  • Manage vendor partnerships.
  • Implement advanced bid management strategies.
  • Utilize sophisticated analytics.
  • Prepare and present all QBR/Monthly/Weekly and ad-hoc reports.
  • Guide the team in account setup, keyword development, copy deployment, etc.
  • Assist in creating processes to enhance team efficiency.
  • Take ownership of client-facing deliverables and approve junior staff outputs.

Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years of experience in SEM.
  • 1 year of experience in managing teams.
  • Strong background in e-commerce.
  • Deep understanding of the technology driving engine performance.
  • Extensive knowledge of Google Analytics & SearchAds360.
  • Experience with ROAS/ROI-focused SEM initiatives.
  • Proficiency in forecasting.
  • Able to manage multiple accounts with minimal supervision.
  • Strong experience with search engine and bid management platforms.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, particularly in presentations and interactions with senior-level clients.
  • Experience managing large budget SEM accounts.
  • Highly developed organizational and communication skills are essential.
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred.
