Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee client performance-driven initiatives - Manage large-scale SEM campaigns.
  • Establish the strategic direction for all SEM initiatives.

  • Implement sophisticated bid management strategies.
  • Engage in advanced analytics.

  • Take ownership of client-facing deliverables and approve work from junior team members.

Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years of experience in SEM.
  • 1 year of experience in managing a team.
  • Strong background in e-commerce.
  • In-depth understanding of the technology driving engine performance.
  • Extensive knowledge of Google Analytics and SearchAds360.
  • Experience with ROAS/ROI focused SEM programs.
  • Proficient in forecasting.
  • Able to manage multiple accounts with minimal supervision.
  • Strong experience with search engine and bid management platforms.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, particularly in presentations and discussions with senior-level clients.
  • Experience managing large budget SEM initiatives.
  • Highly developed organizational and communication skills are essential.
  • Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
