Role Responsibilities:
As a Project Manager within the Program Management Office (PMO), your primary focus will be on ensuring project success. Your commitment to excellence will drive the delivery of high-quality outcomes that generate substantial business value for our clients and align with their strategic objectives. You will collaborate with colleagues and client stakeholders throughout all phases of project execution.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Creating essential program and project documentation, including status reports, stakeholder presentations, and timelines.
- Establishing and nurturing successful client relationships while balancing their needs with internal priorities.
- Identifying and mitigating project risks proactively.
- Working closely with the program manager and other project managers to support the client organization's long-term strategic goals.

Qualifications:
- Legally authorized to work in the US without the need for visa sponsorship.
- Bachelor's degree or higher.
- A minimum of 5 years of project management experience with a proven track record in leading and coordinating projects in non-technical sectors.
- In-depth knowledge of project management methodologies and demonstrated experience in applying them to meet client needs.
- Familiarity with business analysis concepts such as BPR, BPA, and BPM.
- Extensive experience managing complex projects, including contract management and process reengineering.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively present information to varied audiences.
- Ability to develop project schedules and manage risks effectively.
- Experience in drafting statements of work, technical reports, and proposals.
- Proficient in managing project budgets and adjusting as necessary based on changes in scope and schedule.
- Ability to allocate resources effectively based on project requirements.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including SharePoint, Word, Project, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.
- Self-motivated with a strong desire for continuous learning and professional growth.
- Willingness to work on-site with clients as needed.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in a Program Management Office setting.
- Professional certification in Project Management, such as PMP.
- Training or certification in Organizational Change Management.
- Familiarity with Project Management tools like Jira or TFS.
- Experience in the government sector.
- Knowledge of Behavioral Health, Juvenile Justice, or Child Welfare domains.
