Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage client performance-driven programs - Oversee large-scale SEM initiatives.
  • Establish the strategic direction for all SEM activities.
  • Evaluate results and offer optimization suggestions.
  • Maintain vendor relationships.
  • Implement sophisticated bid management techniques.
  • Engage in advanced analytics.
  • Prepare and present QBR/Monthly/Weekly and ad-hoc reports.
  • Guide the team in account setup, keyword development, and copy deployment.
  • Facilitate process improvements for team efficiency.
  • Take ownership of client-facing deliverables and approve work from junior staff.

Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years of experience in SEM.
  • 1 year of experience in managing a team.
  • Strong background in e-commerce.
  • Deep understanding of the technology driving engine performance.
  • Extensive knowledge of Google Analytics and SearchAds360.
  • Experience with ROAS/ROI-focused SEM programs.
  • Proficient in forecasting.
  • Able to manage multiple accounts with minimal supervision.
  • Strong experience with search engine and bid management platforms.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, particularly in presentations and discussions with senior-level clients.
  • Experience managing large budget SEM campaigns.
  • Highly developed organizational and communication skills are essential.
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred.
