Your Responsibilities:
In this role, you will provide essential engineering and reliability support for the selection, development, application, and evaluation of electronic components, ensuring alignment with timing, cost, and quality objectives. Key responsibilities include:
- Establishing component quality, reliability, and testing criteria.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess expertise in reliability engineering, particularly in failure analysis for semiconductor electronics. Required qualifications include:
- Familiarity with standards such as AEC-Q100/101/200 (essential), JEDEC, and MIL-STD.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in the field, with a strong understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes and technologies.
- Experience with failure analysis tools and techniques, including optical inspections, acoustic microscopy, X-ray, SEM, FIB, TEM, and curve trace analysis.
Technical Skills:
Working knowledge of reliability stress testing and aging models, IC block circuit analysis, and quality risk management tools (Ishikawa, FMEA, FTA, 8D, and statistical methods) is required.
Educational Background:
A Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field (Physics/Chemistry preferred; Master’s degree is a plus) is necessary for this position.
