Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess expertise in reliability engineering, particularly in failure analysis for semiconductor electronics. Required qualifications include:

  • Familiarity with standards such as AEC-Q100/101/200 (essential), JEDEC, and MIL-STD.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in the field, with a strong understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes and technologies.
  • Experience with failure analysis tools and techniques, including optical inspections, acoustic microscopy, X-ray, SEM, FIB, TEM, and curve trace analysis.

Technical Skills:
Working knowledge of reliability stress testing and aging models, IC block circuit analysis, and quality risk management tools (Ishikawa, FMEA, FTA, 8D, and statistical methods) is required.

Educational Background:
A Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field (Physics/Chemistry preferred; Master’s degree is a plus) is necessary for this position.
