Position: Regional Advisor Consultant (RAC)

The Regional Advisor Consultant is essential in driving sales initiatives, crafting business strategies, and executing plans to meet objectives within their designated region. We seek candidates who are enthusiastic about sales, detail-oriented, and motivated to excel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Sales Manager to optimize market presence and profitability
  • Generate leads and discover new prospects through both face-to-face and digital interactions
  • Effectively communicate investment offerings to advisors
  • Participate in industry-related conferences, seminars, and networking events
  • Deliver technical insights to advisors
  • Travel within the designated region as necessary
  • Serve as a conduit between sales, marketing, and analytical teams

Required Qualifications:

  • Reside in the assigned region and be willing to travel
  • Exceptional presentation abilities
  • Completion of Series 7 and 63 licensing exams
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Salesforce, and Tableau
  • Experience working with wirehouse and broker-dealer advisors
  • Familiarity with MainStay mutual funds and IQ ETFs

Compensation Range: $70,000 - $75,000 (plus potential sales incentives)

Overtime Status: Exempt

Bonus Eligibility: Sales Bonus Eligible
