Job Overview

As a New Business Specialist at SILAC Insurance Company, you will play a critical role in processing new business applications, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and providing exceptional customer service. You will work closely with our sales team, agents, and business partners to deliver timely and accurate processing of applications, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Document Review: Review and analyze new business applications to ensure completeness, accuracy, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Communication: Build strong relationships with agents, IMOs, and distribution partners through proactive communication, resolving processing issues, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Processing: Complete processing tasks related to Annuity New Business, researching and resolving issues that arise in the application process.
  • Telephone Support: Provide exceptional customer service via telephone, handling requests, product questions, and guidance.
  • Research: Investigate and resolve issues related to application processing, funds transfers, and suitability concerns.

Requirements

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: Customer service experience, preferably in the insurance industry.
  • Skills: Complex problem-solving, attention to detail, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Software: Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
