- Manage the renewal processes for the organization's insurance programs.
- Establish and nurture relationships with insurance brokers and providers.
- Implement initiatives to enhance understanding of malpractice insurance among staff.
- Address and resolve insurance inquiries from internal divisions, external parties, and healthcare professionals.
- Review and assess contractual insurance obligations, providing constructive feedback.
- Perform additional duties as required.
Qualifications:
- Proven ability to motivate and energize team members.

Compensation:
CHG Healthcare Services offers a competitive salary range of $81,400 to $197,100 annually, adjusted based on location and individual qualifications. The total compensation package may include base salary, commission, and bonuses for sales roles, while non-sales positions are compensated through base salary and various bonus plans.
