Key Responsibilities:
  • Direct the daily activities of the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) team, ensuring a streamlined and compliant workflow.
  • Provide training and support to foster awareness and accountability in risk management.
  • Oversee the renewal processes for the company’s insurance programs.
  • Establish and nurture relationships with brokers and insurance providers.
  • Implement initiatives to enhance understanding of malpractice insurance.
  • Maintain proactive communication with internal stakeholders to strengthen relationships.
  • Address and resolve insurance inquiries from various divisions and external parties.
  • Review and assess contractual insurance obligations.
  • Perform additional duties as required.

Qualifications:
  • Proven ability to motivate and energize team members.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Effective time management and prioritization skills to meet deadlines.

Education & Experience:
  • A minimum of five years of relevant experience in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.
  • Experience interacting with diverse personality types.
  • Extensive knowledge of commercial property and casualty insurance coverages is required.
  • Preferred qualifications include relevant insurance designations and a Bachelor’s Degree.
