- Manage the daily operations of the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) team, ensuring a streamlined and compliant workflow.
- Provide training and guidance to enhance risk control awareness and accountability across the organization.
- Oversee the renewal process of the company’s insurance program, ensuring optimal coverage and terms.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with insurance brokers and providers.
- Implement educational programs to enhance understanding of malpractice insurance among staff.
- Act as a point of contact for resolving insurance-related inquiries from various divisions and external partners.
- Review and provide insights on contractual insurance obligations to ensure compliance.
- Perform additional duties as required to support the organization’s objectives.
Qualifications:
- Proven ability to motivate and energize team members.
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present information clearly.
- Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
Education & Experience:
- A minimum of five years of relevant experience in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Experience interacting with diverse personality types.
- Comprehensive knowledge of commercial property and casualty insurance is required.
- Preferred qualifications include relevant insurance designations and a Bachelor’s Degree.
