Transaction Coordinator Job Description

Builders Capital is seeking a highly skilled Transaction Coordinator to support our lending operations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth processing of loan transactions, from documentation to disbursement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and validate loan documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Manage loan pipelines, ensuring timely processing and disbursement of funds.
  • Reconcile budgets and process draws for construction projects.
  • Coordinate with borrowers to ensure account information is up-to-date.
  • Flag exceptions and concerns to the asset management team.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to borrowers, responding to inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

Requirements:

  • Three to five years of experience in lending, banking, or real estate.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
