Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all Corridor activity and transactions, daily reconciliation of trip flight sheets, as well as parts inventory stock, rotable returns, and status of all parts and tooling.
  • Identify competitive pricing among various vendors and MRO's, and suppliers, driving cost and shipping savings and reduced lead times on high use parts.
  • Assist with the completion of maintenance Work Orders.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED, college or university education preferred, or relevant experience in an aviation-related field that relates to managing records and/or parts. Minimum of 2 years direct related experience.
  • Familiarity with aviation terminology.
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret aircraft part numbers, flight sheets, and quotes, as well as documents specific to aircraft parts, such as parts disposition tags, 8130 and 8110 forms, and invoices.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in personal computer skills including electronic mail, record keeping, routine database activity, word processing, spreadsheet, graphics, etc.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office) as well as specific aviation related software (Corridor, CAMP, etc.).
  • Strong knowledge of FAA regulations, medical transport standards, and safety protocols.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
