Key Responsibilities- Manage various communication channels, including phone calls, emails, and social media profiles
- Coordinate requests between clients and the home office
- Process forms and transactions, and document interactions
- Schedule and confirm meetings, calls, and events
- Complete projects
- Administrative experience required
- Some college preferred
- Outstanding interpersonal communication necessary
- Capitalist mindset wanted
- Reliable attendance in office needed
The on-site hours are Monday through Thursday from 9:30 AM to 4:00 PM, with a paid lunch from 12:30 PM to 1:00 PM.
