ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

In the capacity of the Eastern Aircraft Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role within the Sales & Marketing Department, assisting the Eastern Sales Manager in lead generation, prospect qualification, and development. Your objective will be to meet or surpass designated sales targets through effective management of the sales pipeline. A positive attitude, eagerness to learn, strong work ethic, and a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences are essential attributes for success in this role. The ideal candidate will possess a background in sales and account management, ideally within the luxury or business sectors.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Support the Eastern Sales Manager in lead generation, prospect qualification, and development.
  • Ensure timely follow-up on leads provided by the marketing team.
  • Engage with potential clients through phone, email, and networking events.
  • Assist in preparing and presenting competitive analyses.
  • Support trade shows, demonstration tours, and other promotional events.
  • Conduct demonstration flights.
  • Collaborate with the Sales Manager to achieve targets, KPIs, and sales objectives on a monthly and quarterly basis.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, collaborating with Marketing, Flight Operations, and Customer Support to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Travel as necessary to meet with prospects and clients.
  • Execute special projects and assignments as directed.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent education and experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant industry experience.
  • Ability to cultivate relationships with aircraft owners, operators, high-net-worth individuals, and companies within assigned regions.
  • Natural sales aptitude complemented by a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
  • Outstanding sales, presentation, written communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Current FAA commercial instrument (or ATP) certificate is required.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion.
  • Possession of a valid U.S. Passport.
  • Must be able to obtain a first-class medical certificate.
  • Authorized to work in the U.S. for any employer without sponsorship now or in the future.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience as a flight instructor (CFI/CFII).
  • Prior corporate flight experience.
  • 1,000+ hours total flight time.
  • 250+ hours in turboprop aircraft.
