The Route Sales Representative position is a full-time role dedicated to the delivery, sales, and merchandising of Frito-Lay's extensive product range, which includes popular items such as Lay's, Doritos, Cheetos, Tostitos, and Fritos. In this role, you will operate a Frito-Lay vehicle to service various retail locations, including convenience stores, discount retailers, and large supermarkets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage in comprehensive training over four to six weeks, focusing on driving and sales techniques alongside experienced team members.
- Manage routes for fellow team members, gaining exposure to diverse retail environments and establishing customer relationships.
- Enhance sales performance on your route by fostering connections, implementing promotional displays, and executing national sales initiatives.
- Achieve a consistent route schedule with designated days off.
- Thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, and physically engaging work atmosphere.
