About the Role

As a Sales Representative for HVAC and Automation Systems at Emcor Inc, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining technical relationships with commercial, industrial, educational, and institutional clients in the Northwest Indiana and Southwest Michigan area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain technical relationships with customers to expand sales for existing contract customers.
  • Identify potential opportunities with existing and new customers, and convert leads into opportunities by identifying the appropriate sales course of action.
  • Develop multiple relationships with buying influences within the customer's organization, including facility managers, project managers, or purchasing agents.
  • Be successful at maintaining an acceptable rate of new sales, and be willing to travel in the regional area as needed.
Requirements
  • Experience in sales and marketing, with knowledge of financial-based sales.
  • Knowledge of HVAC systems is a plus, as well as excellent communication and organizational skills, with a positive attitude and a team player mindset.
  • Believe that customer service is the first priority, and be knowledgeable in computers and common computer software.
  • Manage processes, make decisions, and improve processes to drive customer satisfaction.
