ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

The Electrical Assembly Specialist will play a crucial role within the Assembly Department, focusing on the fabrication and troubleshooting of electrical assemblies. This position requires proficiency in using various electrical hand tools with precision and minimal supervision. Key responsibilities include:

  • Constructing, enhancing, and routing wire harnesses in accordance with engineering specifications
  • Executing avionics installations and configurations
  • Utilizing avionics hand tools and soldering equipment effectively
  • Performing additional tasks as required

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

  • Familiarity with wire stripping and crimping techniques
  • Experience with soldering tools and methods is advantageous, though not mandatory
  • Proficient in the use of electrical hand tools
  • Ability to interpret electrical schematics is preferred, with training provided
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Capability to troubleshoot basic electrical issues
  • Dependable with a solid attendance record
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a positive attitude
  • Open-mindedness towards new ideas and learning opportunities
  • Must possess authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
