Regional Advertising Account Executive

Spectrum Reach is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Audience Based Selling Specialist to join our Adlink sales team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of audience targeting and segmentation, as well as experience in developing and implementing audience-based sales strategies.
This role will be responsible for working with a variety of clients and agencies who are purchasing advertising on our 100+ cable TV networks along with our digital audience network.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute audience-based sales strategies to drive revenue growth
- Identify target audience segments and create personalized sales pitches and solutions
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the assigned media market
- Track and analyze sales performance metrics to optimize audience-based selling efforts
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience
- Media sales experience (5 years), Digital media experience (2 years)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, consultative skills, attention to detail, knowledge and understanding of the digital ecosystem, strong understanding of audience targeting and segmentation techniques, Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets, Ability to work independently and as part of a team, Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools
