Job Title: Regional Advertising Account Executive

Spectrum Reach is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Regional Advertising Account Executive to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing audience-based sales strategies to drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute audience-based sales strategies to drive revenue growth
  • Identify target audience segments and create personalized sales pitches and solutions
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the assigned media market
  • Track and analyze sales performance metrics to optimize audience-based selling efforts
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience
  • Media sales experience (5 years), Digital media experience (2 years)
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, consultative skills, attention to detail, knowledge and understanding of the digital ecosystem, strong understanding of audience targeting and segmentation techniques, Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets, Ability to work independently and as part of a team, Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools
