Account Executive

We operate a diverse portfolio of out-of-home assets, including billboards, transit, and mobile displays across the U.S., connecting diverse audiences across over 150 markets.
We are seeking a highly motivated Account Executive to join our team in Los Angeles, focusing on our transit space and driving new business to our transit inventory. As a key member of our sales team, you will establish and cultivate relationships with clients and prospects, leveraging our unique asset offerings to deliver effective advertising campaigns. You will work closely with our creative, sales, and marketing teams to develop and execute sales strategies that drive revenue growth and exceed client expectations.
Your Responsibilities
- Prospect and qualify new sales leads, emphasizing our transit inventory
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and prospects
- Manage time, travel, and resources to maximize sales calls
- Prepare and present customized proposals and agreements to prospective and existing customers
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop effective advertising campaigns
- Partner with operations and administrative staff to ensure timely delivery of advertisements
- Assist in resolving billing and account issues
- Maintain detailed use of CRM system to track sales activities and pipeline opportunities
- Develop and maintain selling skills through regular training and professional development
- Proven record of exceeding sales quotas
- Strong experience managing customer relationships
- High level of organizational skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, including presentation delivery
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Ability to adapt and grow in a competitive environment
- College degree or equivalent practical experience
- 7-10+ years' experience in sales, preferably transit media sales
- Local market knowledge preferred
- Proficiency in all aspects of the sales cycle
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
