Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Account Executive to join our Strategic Sales Team. As a Senior Account Executive, you will lead all tactical sales and client management responsibilities for your book of business.

You will drive revenue through proactive selling of our true end-to-end technology solution to net new business brands and agencies. You will ensure exceptional client satisfaction and build long-term, reliable relationships with agencies and direct clients by delivering superior client service and results.

Responsibilities

  1. Achieve fiscal and strategic goals
  2. Cultivate and nurture connections with marketing agencies and brands
  3. Oversee sales forecasting tools and reporting
  4. Collaborate with local Trading and Account management teams to achieve client goals
  5. Communicate effectively with external partners, clients, and internal stakeholders
  6. Recognize business challenges that Nexxen's solutions can address
  7. Innovate and implement solutions for unarticulated needs and market requirements

Requirements

  • 6+ years of outbound sales experience in programmatic digital advertising
  • Proven track record of exceeding revenue expectations
  • Understanding of the Adtech ecosystem
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to speak with C-level clients
  • Established network of relationships with decision-makers at brands and independent advertising agencies
  • Ability to manage strategic and complicated sales cycles
  • Strong team player and ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment
  • Successful negotiation experience, producing impactful results

What We Offer

Compensation

The minimum and maximum full-time annual base salary for this role is $120,000 - $140,000, with the potential of an incentive or bonus. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide range of factors, including skill set, level of experience, education, certifications, responsibility, and geographic location.
