- Quality Control: Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with company quality standards and industry regulations.
- Subcontractor Management: Coordinate and oversee the work of subcontractors, ensuring they meet project requirements and deadlines.
- Communication: Maintain effective communication with project stakeholders, including owners, architects, engineers, and other construction professionals.
- Safety: Ensure a safe working environment for all personnel on site, adhering to company safety policies and industry regulations.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of project progress, including daily reports, site diaries, and other relevant documentation.
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years' experience working as a construction superintendent on commercial projects.
- Education: High school graduate or equivalent.
- Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and direct construction personnel.
