Construction Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced Construction Superintendent to join our team at Petra Construction Corporation. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the construction process from start to finish, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Responsibilities:- Manage and coordinate construction activities, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
- Supervise and train construction staff, including foremen, carpenters, and laborers.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols, and maintain a safe working environment.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
- Monitor and control project costs, including labor, materials, and equipment.
- Prepare and submit regular project reports to management and clients.
- Collaborate with project managers and other team members to ensure successful project delivery.
- Minimum of 10 years' experience as a construction superintendent on commercial projects.
- High school graduate or equivalent.
- Experience in constructing new buildings from ground-up through close-out preferred.
- Experience renovating existing structures from demolition through close-out.
- Prior healthcare facility and laboratory renovation experience desired.
- Effective time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to read, understand, and analyze construction drawings and specifications.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
