Job Overview

Petra Construction Corporation is a renowned building construction firm with a rich history and extensive experience in delivering projects across various sectors. As a Senior Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing multiple construction projects concurrently, ensuring timely completion within budget while providing exceptional client service.

This role involves working collaboratively as part of a team and may entail supervising and directing team members. Our ideal candidate will demonstrate:

  • Minimum 7-10 years of project management experience at a building construction firm;
  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Construction Management, or equivalent work experience;
  • Proficient understanding of contractual documents, plans, specifications, and construction means and methods;
  • Strong computer skills, with proficiency in Procore, MS Outlook, Excel, Word, and MS Project;
  • Experience with accounting software, e.g. Sage 300 CRE, is preferred;
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills;
  • Ability to analyze and solve problems, make informed project decisions;
  • Willingness to participate in training programs to enhance job knowledge and performance;
  • OSHA 10 Certification; OSHA 30 Certification within 6 months of hire.
