With a commitment to excellence and client satisfaction, they are seeking an experienced construction Project Manager to join their team and support their current construction project.

Job Description

As a Construction Project Manager, you will lead the planning, scheduling, and execution of the construction project from start to finish. You will coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery. You will monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement effective solutions to mitigate issues. You will manage project budgets, track costs, and ensure financial objectives are met. You will oversee the procurement of materials and ensure timely delivery to the job site. You will conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards. You will prepare and maintain detailed project documentation, including schedules, reports, and logs. You will communicate regularly with clients to provide updates and ensure satisfaction with project outcomes. You will lead and mentor the project team, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field. You will require 5+ years of experience in construction project management, preferably in the New Haven area. You will need a strong understanding of construction processes, project management principles, and building codes. You will need proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, Microsoft Project). You will need excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. You will need the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously. OSHA 30 certification is preferred; additional certifications are a plus.
