Job Title: Customer Account Manager

CLAAS is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new accounts, retaining customers, growing revenue, and strengthening the overall relationship with existing customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targeted retail and service sales goals
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, internal departments, and cross-functional teams
  • Identify new business opportunities and initiate sales campaigns
  • Collect competitive intelligence and provide market insights to support business growth
  • Manage and build relationships along the entire customer lifecycle, from sales to service and parts
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Agriculture or related field, or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in large machinery sales or marketing capacity with agricultural equipment manufacturer
  • Solid knowledge of farming business and economics
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Problem analysis and problem-solving skills
