Agricultural Sales Specialist

CLAAS is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new accounts, retaining customers, growing revenue, and strengthening the overall relationship with existing customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targeted retail and service sales goals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, internal departments, and cross-functional teams
- Identify new business opportunities and initiate sales campaigns
- Collect competitive intelligence and provide market insights to support business growth
- Manage and build relationships along the entire customer lifecycle, from sales to service and parts
- Bachelor's degree in Agriculture or related field, or equivalent experience
- Minimum 2 years' experience in large machinery sales or marketing capacity with agricultural equipment manufacturer
- Solid knowledge of farming business and economics
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Problem analysis and problem-solving skills
