**Agricultural Sales Representative Opportunity**

Wilbur-Ellis is seeking a motivated and experienced Agricultural Field Sales Representative to manage existing accounts and attract new customers within a defined sales territory.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Manage existing customer base and identify new key customers
  • Develop and implement sales plans to optimize growth and profitability
  • Communicate with branch management and serve as the point person for support resources
  • Responsible for sales territory budgeting, forecasting, and analysis
  • Follow credit policies and manage risk for the company

**Requirements:**

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Agriculture or Business-related field
  • Three to five years experience in the Agricultural industry (preferred)
  • CCA License preferred
  • Good interpersonal and team-building skills with a positive attitude
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
