Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive business growth by supporting the company's products and services.
  • Assist in the marketing and sales of all lines of business, including agricultural insurance.
  • Develop strong relationships with agency plants in assigned divisions, providing training on marketing techniques, products, and services.
  • Utilize Rain and Hail systems and tools to maximize efficiency, including Field Information System (FIS), Agency Information System, Adjuster Services, and e-processing system.
  • Perform administrative duties, including investigating and resolving complaints from agents and insured parties.
  • Aid in collection and documentation of outstanding premium balances.
  • Attend industry-sponsored seminars, field days, and other events as directed by division management.

Requirements:

  • Baccalaureate degree in Agricultural Business or related field required.
  • 1-3 years of experience in agricultural insurance or a related field.
