Compensation: $70,000 - $100,000

We seek a dynamic Sales Manager to assist in achieving our customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives while maintaining our competitive edge and innovative spirit. This role involves maximizing the potential of our sales team, developing sales strategies, and presenting these plans to upper management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive growth and achieve sales targets by effectively managing the sales team.
  • Formulate and execute a strategic business plan that broadens the company's customer base and ensures a robust market presence.
  • Oversee recruitment, objective setting, coaching, and performance evaluation of sales representatives.
  • Foster and maintain strong, enduring customer relationships by collaborating with clients and understanding their requirements.
  • Deliver sales, revenue, and expense reports along with realistic forecasts to the management team.
  • Identify emerging markets and market trends while staying informed about new products and competitive landscape.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in business administration or a related discipline.
  • Proven track record of 3-5 years as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently achieving or surpassing targets.
  • Dedicated to ongoing professional development through workshops, seminars, and conferences.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and influence skills at all organizational levels.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage the sales process from planning to closure.
  • Strong business acumen and industry knowledge.
  • Excellent mentoring, coaching, and team management abilities.
