About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Healthcare Recruiter to join our team at Star Health. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and engaging top talent to meet the staffing needs of our healthcare clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various recruitment strategies to identify and engage potential candidates, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with our healthcare clients to understand their staffing needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
  • Talent Evaluation: Conduct thorough evaluations of candidate qualifications, experience, and fit for our clients' job openings.
  • Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and clients, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
  • Communication: Provide regular updates to clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring transparency and timely communication.
Requirements
  • Experience: Previous experience in healthcare recruitment or a related field is required.
  • Education: A degree in a related field, such as human resources or business administration, is preferred.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and candidates.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in recruitment software and tools, with the ability to learn new systems and technologies.
