Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Retention Executive to join our award-winning Inside Sales & Retention team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for influencing existing and future customer decision-making by selling the value of our products and services using a consultative approach.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sell DISH and Boost Mobile products and services to new and existing customers
  • Assess each customer's needs and offer the best value
  • Demonstrate resilience and ability to bounce back from challenges while maintaining focus on larger goals
  • Effectively manage time and be open to learning new methods to advance as a sales contributor
  • Build and maintain customer relationships
  • Document customer information, including demographic and billing details
  • Provide excellent customer service, listen to customer needs, and ensure their satisfaction

  • Competitive base pay of $20.50/hour
  • Target compensation of $68,000/year, with potential to earn significantly more based on performance

Requirements
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • High school diploma; college graduates preferred
  • Pre-employment screen, which may include a drug test
  • Ability to work full-time, on-site in one of our Direct Sales facilities
  • Open availability to work provided schedules
  • Smartphone or other device with an active network connection
