Department SummaryOur award-winning Inside Sales & Retention team plays a crucial role in influencing customer decision-making by selling the value of DISH's products and services using a consultative approach. This is a 100% inbound role, with no cold calling.
Job Duties and Responsibilities- Sell DISH and Boost Mobile products and services to new and existing customers, offering the best value based on their needs.
- Assess customer requirements and provide tailored solutions.
- Demonstrate resilience and adaptability in the face of challenges, maintaining focus on long-term goals.
- Effectively manage time, open to learning new methods, and strive to advance as a sales contributor.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Document customer information, including demographic and billing details.
- Provide exceptional customer service, listening to customers and ensuring their satisfaction.
Enjoy uncapped commission and a no-cold-calling environment. As a DISH Retention Executive, you'll handle 100% inbound calls, equipped with the best tools, products, and services to fast-track your career.
CompensationBase pay is $20.50/hour, with uncapped commission opportunities. Target compensation is $68,000/year, with the potential to earn significantly more based on performance. Top performers can earn over six figures annually, and you'll have the chance to promote two levels within your first year, with commensurate title and hourly pay increase.
