Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Wireless Sales Account Executive to join our team at DISH. As a key member of our Inside Sales & Retention team, you will be responsible for selling Boost Mobile products and services to new and existing customers, leveraging your exceptional communication skills and consultative approach to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sell Boost Mobile products and services to new and existing customers using a consultative approach
  • Assess customer needs and offer the best value
  • Demonstrate resilience and ability to bounce back from challenges
  • Effectively manage time and prioritize tasks
  • Build and maintain customer relationships
  • Document customer information and provide excellent customer service

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • High school diploma; college graduates preferred
  • Pre-employment screen, which may include a drug test
  • Ability to work full-time, on-site in one of our Direct Sales facilities
  • Open availability to work provided schedules
