- Underwriter Relationships: Develop amicable and productive relationships with underwriters to ensure seamless account management.
- Client Service: Work collaboratively with our Account Managers to provide timely, efficient, and effective service to our clients, including developing strong relationships between our team and the client.

- Industry Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with emerging industry information, new products, coverage, and technology to provide the best possible service to our clients.
- Compliance: Adhere to agency Errors & Omissions guidelines at all times.
- Commercial Coverage Expertise: Possess a thorough understanding of business/commercial property and casualty coverage.
- Contract Analysis: Be competent in analyzing contracts to identify key exclusions and recognize coverage gaps.
- Team Collaboration: Demonstrate a cooperative and collaborative attitude with team members at all levels, fostering a respectful, professional, and collegial work environment.
- Problem-Solving: Be a self-starter with a life-long learning attitude, able to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw conclusions. Interpret a wide variety of data and consider constructive thinking and alternative short-to-long term solutions.
- Sales Experience: Possess a proven record of pursuing and closing sales.

- Insurance Knowledge: Pursue or have earned advanced insurance designations such as CIC, CRM, etc.
