Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team at Marriott Hotels. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets for our hotels. You will work closely with our hotel teams to identify new business opportunities, develop and implement sales strategies, and build strong relationships with our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and market share
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with hotel teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent, with 2 years of experience in sales and marketing, guest services, front desk, or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and hotel teams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales performance and identify areas for improvement
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
