About the Role

As a seasoned Account Executive at Total Expert, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and expanding our presence in the market. This is an exceptional opportunity to leverage your sales expertise and passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Performance: Consistently meet or exceed sales quotas, with a focus on growing existing accounts and identifying new business opportunities.
  • Customer Engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions to drive business results.
  • Pipeline Development: Build and maintain a robust pipeline of sales opportunities, with a focus on net new business and upselling/cross-selling existing customers.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with internal stakeholders, including sales development representatives, marketing teams, and partner ecosystem, to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.
  • Process and Procedure: Adhere to established sales processes and procedures, ensuring timely and accurate updates to CRM systems.
  • Professional Development: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and product/service offerings to continuously improve sales techniques and drive results.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum 2+ years of experience as an Account Executive, with a proven track record of overachieving sales quotas.
  • Industry Expertise: SAAS experience and/or experience selling into Fintech verticals (Insurance, Banks, Credit Unions, Mortgage) is highly desirable.
  • Sales Skills: Ability to develop a robust pipeline of sales opportunities, drive revenue growth, and close deals with a sense of urgency.
  • Relationship Building: Strong track record of building relationships and collaborating at all levels of the organization.
  • Adaptability and Resilience: Ability to work efficiently through change, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
