Role Responsibilities

  • Oversee a variety of specialized initiatives, which may encompass value stream analysis, process enhancement, and the integration of Agile methodologies within Project Engineering.
  • Facilitate the creation of Project Charters, detailed Project Plans, and ensure effective Project Execution.
  • Manage the coordination of planning, organization, control, integration, and completion of engineering projects in collaboration with both internal teams and external stakeholders.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a STEM field from an accredited institution, along with relevant experience or a combination of education and experience.
  • Demonstrated experience in Project Management, Project Engineering, or Systems Engineering.
  • Proven track record in developing and executing comprehensive Project Plans.
  • Possession of a Secret or higher security clearance.

Preferred Skills

  • Exemplary leadership, organizational, and communication abilities.
  • Self-motivated individual with the capability to communicate effectively across various levels of leadership.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in Program or Project Management.
  • Experience in managing software development projects.
  • Familiarity with Dassault 3D Experience (3DX) and digital engineering tools.
  • Knowledge of Agile development practices and Model-Based Systems Engineering.
  • Experience with project management tools such as Confluence and JIRA.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Salary Range:

The annual base salary range for this position is competitive and based on various factors including experience and location.
