We are seeking an experienced Orthopedic Business Development Manager to join our team at Intellijoint Surgical. This dynamic role will focus on expanding our presence in the market, driving business growth, and enhancing customer satisfaction. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with surgeons, hospital staff, and other healthcare providers. Your primary objective will be to provide expert guidance and training to ensure independent use of our products, ensuring continued customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage Key Accounts: Build and maintain relationships with surgeons, hospital staff, and other healthcare providers.
  • Expand Accounts: Work with current customers to deepen their use of Intellijoint's products.
  • Train Surgeons and OR Staff: Deliver top-notch training to surgeons, nurses, and OR staff, making sure everyone knows how to use our tech safely and effectively.
  • Stay Accountable: Report back to the Regional Sales Manager and your peers on new business pipeline projections and utilization using our CRM tools.
  • Drive Product Improvements: Collaborate with our Product Specialist team to bring back customer feedback and spot new opportunities for growth.
  • Handle Inventory & Logistics: Ensure equipment and assets are where they need to be.
