Position Summary:

The Senior Manager of Clinical Education will be pivotal in executing training strategies within the Aesthetic Medicine Initiative (AMI). Key responsibilities include facilitating educational programs for healthcare professionals (HCPs) and collaborating with clinical leadership to uphold clinical standards and protocols. The role also involves participating in continuous clinical training, including anatomy labs and performing facial injections under supervision.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement training strategies as directed by AMI leadership to enhance educational programs for facial injectable clients.
  • Deliver engaging presentations and hands-on training during educational sessions.
  • Travel to conduct field-based training programs for HCPs.
  • Collaborate with clinical leadership to monitor and report on clinical activities.
  • Provide feedback to the curricula team to improve training effectiveness and brand perception.
  • Conduct training injections as part of ongoing clinical education.
  • Participate in anatomy labs to support clinical training.
  • Work closely with various departments to ensure compliance with regulations and standards.
  • Promote a safe working environment and maintain cleanliness.
  • Assist in developing clinical content for training programs.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree is required.
  • Current, unrestricted NP/PA/RN license preferred, with a strong preference for licensure in specific states.
  • 3-5 years of clinical experience with facial injectables is essential.
  • 3-5 years of experience in clinical education is preferred.
  • Ability to deliver effective educational presentations to diverse audiences.
  • Strong work ethic and integrity.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and planning skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Knowledge of FDA regulations related to aesthetic products.
Additional Requirements:
  • Willingness to travel up to 20% for training purposes.
  • Adherence to all regulatory compliance standards.
Communication Skills:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for this role.

Analytical Skills:

Ability to analyze data, identify problems, and report findings effectively.

Physical Requirements:

The role may require prolonged periods of sitting, standing, and occasional lifting of light weights.

Work Environment:

Most work will be conducted in an office setting, with some responsibilities in clinical environments requiring adherence to safety protocols.
