Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Current RN licensure with a minimum of 1 year of experience in senior housing and/or geriatric nursing.
    • Minimum 2 years' experience working as a Director of Nursing or Wellness Director, with a demonstrated success in leading nursing teams to meet successful resident outcomes.
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with residents, families, physicians, and team members.
    • Ability to read, write, and speak the English language, with a strong understanding of industry regulations and standards.
