The Opportunity
We are in search of a Senior Product Education Manager to enhance our Global Enablement Team. This role is pivotal in developing and delivering scalable, systematic product education to members of our Go-To-Market organization. As our product offerings evolve, so too must the training of our team members. This individual will play a vital role in the ongoing education of all OneTrust products.

Your Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Product Marketing, Product Management, Sales Specialists, Product Strategy, and Field Enablement Teams to create and structure training and educational pathways for OneTrust solutions.
  • Organize product insights and content into an easily digestible format to enhance retention.
  • Develop continuing education programs aimed at product proficiency, including role-specific demo certifications.
  • Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires.
  • Monitor success, retention, and effectiveness of product training through key performance indicators.
  • Work with other Onboarding and Field Enablement teams to adopt best practices for product training and retention.
  • Engage closely with the Sales Engineering Center of Excellence on product proficiency standards, demonstrations, and product-focused materials for broader Sales teams.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Collaborative, analytical, and data-oriented.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong technical understanding.
  • Background in value-selling methodologies.
  • Comfortable with public speaking engagements.
  • Innovative and creative thinker.
  • At least 8 years of experience in Product Enablement or Product Marketing.
  • Proven track record in designing and implementing enablement programs across various teams (both technical and non-technical).
  • Located in Atlanta, with a hybrid work schedule.

Additional Qualifications

  • Fluency in multiple languages: Spanish, German, and/or French.
  • Trained in Command of Message, Value Selling, or Challenger Sale methodologies.
  • Previous experience in sales, sales engineering, implementation, or customer success.
  • Familiarity with the legal, regulatory, and compliance sectors.
  • Experience in Privacy, Security, Compliance, Third Party Risk, or Consent Management.

Compensation and Benefits
The annual base pay range for this position is competitive and varies based on several factors, including location, job-related skills, work experience, and relevant education. This role may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, equity, and/or commissions, along with comprehensive benefits.
