Role Overview:

The Production Support Associate will be integral to the seamless functioning of our production workflow. This role encompasses a range of responsibilities that are vital to the daily operations on the production floor. Key tasks include assisting machine operators, ensuring a tidy and organized workspace, and

supporting various production activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Shirt Inspection: Aid in catching and evaluating shirts post-production, guaranteeing quality control and compliance with specifications.
  • Material Preparation: Organize and prepare materials for production runs, ensuring all necessary supplies are available for smooth operations.
  • Work Area Maintenance: Maintain cleanliness and organization in the production area to foster a safe and efficient working environment.
  • Operator Assistance: Support machine operators by preparing equipment, supplying materials, and resolving any production-related issues.
  • Shirt Folding: Fold and package completed shirts in accordance with company standards and customer specifications.
  • Inventory Management: Conduct regular inventory checks and assist in stock management to ensure production materials are adequately supplied.
  • Additional Duties: Undertake other operational tasks as directed by the Production Manager or team leads to enhance overall production efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Previous experience in a manufacturing or production setting is advantageous, though not mandatory. Comprehensive on-the-job training will be provided.
  • Skills: Capability to perform physical tasks such as catching shirts, folding, and staging materials. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are critical.
  • Communication: Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members to maintain a positive work atmosphere.
  • Adaptability: Willingness to adjust to changing priorities and manage various tasks as required.
  • Work Ethic: Dependable and punctual, demonstrating a strong work ethic and commitment to quality.
