We are currently seeking a dedicated and motivated Production Support Associate to join our dynamic team and contribute to our continued success.

Role Overview:

As a Production Support Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our production process. This position involves a variety of tasks related to the day-to-day functions of our production floor. Your responsibilities will include supporting our press and machine operators, maintaining an organized and clean work environment, and assisting with various production-related duties.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Catching and Inspecting Shirts: Assist in catching and inspecting shirts as they come off the press, ensuring quality and adherence to specifications.
  • Preparing Materials: Prepare and stage materials for production runs, ensuring that all necessary items are readily available for efficient operation.
  • Maintaining Cleanliness: Keep the production area clean, organized, and free of debris to promote a safe and efficient working environment.
  • Supporting Press Operators: Provide support to press operators by setting up equipment, supplying materials, and addressing any issues that may arise during production.
  • Folding and Packaging Shirts: Fold and package finished shirts according to company standards and customer requirements.
  • Inventory Management: Conduct regular inventory counts and assist with stock management to ensure that production materials are adequately stocked.
  • Additional Duties: Perform additional operations duties as assigned by the Production Manager or team leads to support overall production efficiency.
Qualifications:
  • Experience: Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is preferred, but not required. On-the-job training will be provided.
  • Skills: Ability to perform physical tasks such as catching shirts, folding, and staging materials. Good organizational skills and attention to detail are essential.
  • Communication: Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with team members and maintain a harmonious work environment.
  • Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and handle various tasks as needed.
  • Work Ethic: Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic and commitment to quality.
