The successful candidate will possess a comprehensive understanding of HR methodologies and practices, demonstrating a strong capability to oversee daily operations and provide support to senior management.

Work Arrangement: A hybrid schedule is in place, requiring in-office attendance on select weekdays while allowing remote work on others.

Essential Qualifications:

  • A bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related discipline.
  • Over 7 years of experience in the HR field.
  • In-depth knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Capability to operate autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Manage the implementation of HR policies, procedures, and programs.
  • Administer the Human Resource Information System (HRIS).
  • Address employee relations matters, including conflict resolution and inquiries.
  • Design and execute training and development initiatives.
  • Oversee benefits management and compensation strategies.
  • Contribute to organizational development efforts.
  • Facilitate the recruitment and onboarding processes for new hires.
  • Provide HR counsel and support to organizational leaders.


Compensation Details: $47.00 per hour
